A Little About Me
Welcome to my practice! I'm delighted to be your pelvic floor physiotherapist, dedicated to women's health and wellness. My approach is simple: take the time to understand what's actually going on, explain the "why" behind your symptoms, and build a plan that fits your life, not a generic protocol. With advanced pelvic health certification (Level III PHS), I combines= manual therapy, movement-based rehab, and patient education to help you make real, lasting progress. With commitment to ongoing education, I strive to provide comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based care, continuously enhancing my knowledge and clinical skills to better serve you.

Let's embark on this journey together towards improved health and vitality.
Two Areas of Focus. One Standard of Care.
For the aches, injuries, and movement limits that get in the way of daily life and activity; from joint and muscle pain to post-injury and post-surgical rehab. Every plan is built around your body, your goals, and your timeline for recovery.
For pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and the pelvic floor concerns that come up through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond. Care that's thorough, unhurried, and finally gives these conditions the attention they deserve.
