Welcome to my practice! I'm delighted to be your pelvic floor physiotherapist, dedicated to women's health and wellness. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from York University, followed by a transformative experience at a maternity hospital during my studies in Scotland, where I earned my Master's in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University. This pivotal moment ignited my passion for aiding individuals, especially women, through their healthcare journeys. With Level III PHS certification and a commitment to ongoing education, I strive to provide comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based care, continuously enhancing my knowledge and clinical skills to better serve you.
